Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Tiffany’s on 8th (“Salon”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all clients.

1. Pricing & Payment Policy
All prices listed for services are base prices and may vary based on individual client needs and preferences. The final cost of services will be determined at the time of the appointment. Tiffany’s on 8th is committed to providing exceptional service and value.

Clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to secure appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the service total on the appointment date.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. A 4% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. In the event of a returned check due to insufficient funds, a $30 fee will be charged. Clients must settle any outstanding balances within 30 days. A $25 late payment fee will be applied to unpaid balances for every additional 30 days unpaid.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

3. Late Arrival Policy
To ensure all clients receive quality service, we require punctuality for all scheduled appointments. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Service Satisfaction Policy
We take pride in delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, you must notify the Salon within 7 days of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and provide necessary adjustments at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

5. Liability & Release
By receiving services at Tiffany’s on 8th, you acknowledge and agree that the Salon and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from any service provided. It is the client's responsibility to inform their stylist of any known allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to the service.

6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Tiffany’s on 8th reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website and made available in the salon.

By scheduling and receiving services at Tiffany’s on 8th, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions
